I felt a negative trader rating I received was unjustified, how can I go about disputing this? Can the initiator take it down if I discuss it with him? Is it reviewable? He's a newbie who has a whopping 4 posts.

Well unfortunately, DP Mod team can't do anything in this problem since deal is done between you and your client. Mods will not involve in any transaction that been made between members. The same thing goes with iTrader too. You may Report them.

Dont worry a negative iTrader isnt that bad.
It just means someone did not like your service.

The only way admins can do anything about it is if there was no deal that took place, then I would recommend reporting the itrader using the report post icon in the itrader section.

otherwise if a deal did take place i'm afraid they are entitled to their opinion, however screwed up it may be, one negative itrader shouldnt hurt you that much if all/most your others are green.

You're stuck with it, you can't dispute it, and they cannot edit it. Once iTrader is left, consider it permanent.
