    Looks like they are using a glossy effect, after you create the elliptical, insert a shape over the circle, then change the opacity for the glossy look. Google glossy effect good-tutorials.com

    Spend 5 minutes on Google and you'll find a similar font. Spend 10 minutes, and you'll find something better than I did.

    Then just paste a few circles on top of each other in Photoshop, add some gradient, and you're done :D

    Alba - it's not the same as the original, but for a quick 5 minute search, it ain't bad.
