how can i develope a board game?

    hi
    first of all,if this is the wrong forum to post this topic,mods please move this,because i can not find a suitable forum.

    i want to develop a board game (BINGO).is there any tutorial and tool/software available to do it ? i want to run it on computer and later make a symbian mobile version of it...any help appreciated.

    actually i have no intention for monetizing this,this is for my personal use.my plan is to develop this game,then make it symbian compatible,so that we can play this game via blue tooth,especially during those boring lectures :)

    i do not have any programming game expertize.but i have some fair knowledge about c and c++.isnt there a software available for these kind of games ???
