My mom wants to delete her internet history files on her laptop but it says that she needs to sign in as an Administrator. The laptop is a company cpu and was set up with an admin user account. Is there any way to get passed it?

    Try 1 in 2:
    1.
    - When Computer is booting press F8 key and choose Safe Mode
    - Next, there are 2 user options: Choose Administrator and login with blank password, if lucky you will pass.
    - Control Panel --> User manage choo admin account and set it as Administrator access
    - Reboot Normally
    2.
In case Administrator password is not blank, use Hiren boot CD to reset password

    Have fun

Thanks for the tip. I thought about using safe mode because I'm pretty sure I did it in the past. Never tried the Hiren boot CD though.
