How can I delete categories

    The biggest frustration I've had with WordPress is the inability to remove categories. I want to merge some categories with others. So I need to delete some categories name. But in Wordpress, I do not find any option to delete 'categories'. Have any solution? Please help me.

    Dashboard>Manage>Categories.

    Category modification is the second to last on the lower directory.
    Just delete from there
