How can i create thread in webhosting if i dont have rights

    i'd like to ask you how can i create thread in webhosting if i dont have proper rights. Its just a question about posibility of webhosting in some countries with paypal support.

    You do not recieve the rights, until you have been on the forums for 1-2 weeks, and reach the posts required. I think this is in FAQ/Rules.

    As said before, you can also try asking somewhere else.

    Discussions about hosting issues can go in sites & server administration.

    If it's more of a basic business question, it can go in general business as Rob mentioned.

    If you want to advertise hosting or request hosting services, it goes in Web Hosting, and you have to wait until you have 25 posts and have been a member for 14 days.
