I have seen there are many free javascript based cloud tag plugins and scripts available. But I want to make a cloud tag with only HTML. Can this be possible?
May be you can do similar to this: "<div style="_height:20px; width:20px;background-color:#FFFFFF;font-family:Arial; border: 1px solid #FFFFFF; text-align:left;"> <a href="" style="font-size:20px;text-decoration:none; color: #DE2159;">indian books</a> <a href="" style="font-size:13px;text-decoration:none; color: #039FAF;">popular indian books</a> <a href="" style="font-size:19px;text-decoration:none; color: #87A800;">book india</a> <a href="" style="font-size:12px;text-decoration:none; color: #FF7600;">indian history books</a> <a href="" style="font-size:20px;text-decoration:none; color: #039FAF;">best indian books</a> </div>"
http://stevethomas.com.au/php/how-to-make-a-tag-cloud-in-php-mysql-and-css.html good enough tutorial. I am sure there are hundreds of scripts out there that do exactly what you want.
For this you can use any CMS(content mangement system ) like wordpress and zoomla . There are so many but both of them are popular.
