    There are lots of website available on internet with help of these site you can easily create sitemap of your website. just find these site and use.

    If you are using the wordpress cms there are tons of plugins, I do recommend going with the Google Sitemaps xml, you can also build one through Google Webmaster Tools.

    There are lost of site-map creation tools are available on net with help of these tools you can easily create your site-map easily and put in your site.

    Sitemaps can help search engines index more of your content faster. You should have no trouble finding different sitemapper tools to try before you settle on one that fits your needs :)

    where do you upload the sitemap after you create it? in the root of your hosting panel? in google webmaster? how long will it take until all pages are indexed?

    Sitemaps are available in different format like xml,html,image,ror etc. Now its depend on you, in which format do you want the sitemap. You can use the google for create an sitemap. Note- Before create the sitemap,you must be assured that your website in which address located. In most of the wordpress website, sitemap problem is there. Please check your website like www.yourdomain.com or yourdomain.com
    Don't forgot to use the robots.txt for create the sitemap.

    There are lots of sites available to create the xml sitemap for the website. You can use http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ to create the sitemap.
