how can i create a google ad-sense account?

    Did you try signing up for Google AdSense and they rejected you / your site? If so, keep improving your site. Keep adding content to it. Then reapply.

    In order to get an non-hosted adsense account you should have a website with good content in order to be accepted by google. However it is much easier to have a hosted account via youtube, just post a unique video which you can easily make using your mobile phone and upload it on youtube.
