how can i create a background for my new site?

    I want to create a site like this site has http://www.ebookniches.com/, except i want to appear fastmoneydotcom and not ebookniche, in case you were wondering... :D

    I think you have to learn graphic and using PhotoShop. with it, you can create everything !!

    any tutorial that can teach me how to use MS Paint to make a backround.

    And Please tell me after i made the background how i will put it on the site?
