How Can I copy wordpress from one site to other?

    I guess there's no problem. the whitelist detect domain not IP.

    Yes if you are going to change the IP then it means you are changing your current hosing, then no need to worry about adsense.

    IPs are nothing to do with adsense earning imo. you can chage the wordpress to another now

    You can put AdSense on nearly any type of website, so changing your Wordpress blog from one host to another isn't going to be a problem.
