How can I contact Brin or Page ?

    Google owners wont sit and respond to email emails regarding google they must be having thier support team which replies queries

    I am thinking that Page or Brin has no direct contact to the outside Google people... I think there's someone who
    is responsible of that...

    You can't try to contact them, but I highly doubt that you're going to talk to them. They don't sit around and reply to users, that's why they've got a support team. It's not as easy as just calling them and talking, :D
