how can i conect dialpad to phone......???

    if i will purchase any calling service then i download dialpad so i will call my pc to phone...

    but my question is how can i connect this dial pad to my phone...?

    any idia mens once i connect that dial pad to my phone after that i can call any no to my phone ofcoz the my pc is also open and internet connection is also connected just i can dial no with my phone.......
