How Can I Complain If My Paypal Form Is Hacked By Someone.

Recently one of my website has been hacked and someone has purchased a digital product with $0.01 amount.

How can I complain to paypal.

I just spoke to Paypal sending all my details and the issue regarding fraudrant.

I come to know that there is nothing paypal can do in this issue, just because its done outside paypal.
It is the website is hacked not paypal account.

So I am writing my bad experience sending digital file in attachment on successful payment is dangerous sometime.

Please do aware of hacker can get your digital product paying $0.01.

 

Does your system not check that the payment made is for the correct amount?? if not thats just madness,
You should use an ipn file that posts back to your site and checks the amount paid is the correct amount, before sending the download, that really is just basic security.

You are right, I wasnt checking the amount, and due to that issue occured.

 

Well at least you know now, hope you didn't lose too much money.
