If you cross the hundred this month they will review it make sure you have every thing in place by the 15th of next month that means the address where the check is sent how it will be sent to you then by the last day of next month it will be issued. You can find all that info at adsense.

If you don't have any other option besides check, i would like you to use the express one to get the check faster, spend the 28$ for the express service. Standard one will take about one month while the express is only 3-5 days. More than this you will have to spend about one more month to clear that check. Long long way to go but i am sure that you won't lose your money.
