I saw a website i really like its called http://www.zalora.co.th I would like a store just like this one but in another language. How can i make a site just like it? How can i know what script they used etc.
I think giving it as a freelance work will help you in getting the desired results... doing it manually will be harder... or may be you can hire some local company for it!

You won't be able to clone it exactly unless you have access to the code. Your best bet is to create one yourself. Consider using WordPress and using an ecommerce plugin (there are several, just search and find one that you like--WooCommerce, WP eCommerce, and others). There are a lot of design themes that are similar to this one. You can find them from ThemeForest, WooThemes, and many other places.
You need to be cautious when cloning websites due to copyright. I would suggest building your own using the likes of magento and go with a similar design, not their exact one or you could run into difficulties.
to clone the site totally you need access either root/admin then you can do full clone, else you can just find out the theme the website is using and search for that theme and use..
