How can i claim for Personal Injury

    hello friends,
    In December 2008 in new year party I caught in Crowed and i fell down. I was seriously injured at that time. My right leg got fractured and start internal blooding. I have not any evidence. My question is that how can i claim? does any personal injury lawyer are there who is help me.
