if you are using firefox install dev add-ons then click on anchor tag -- dev tool bar will show you complete tag code and here you can check if rel='no-follow' or install SeoQuake add-ons for firefox. hope that helps

there is one firefox add-ons that will highlight the do follow and the no follow site... but i forgot this firefox add on... try seo quake... i am not sure...
No-DoFollow addon in firefox highlights no-follow / do-follow links. Or as described above, just press Ctrl+U or from the view menu select Page Source (firefox) then press Ctrl+F and type "rel=no-follow".
I always just check the page source. I use firefox and I hit View Source. It highlights links in blue making it a little easier to see then I can just scroll on down and look for the nofollow tag.
