Found some high PR blogs which allow you to leave comments and a URL link, but how do I find out if they are 'no follow' and therefore not worth taking time to comment?

when you in your ie browser go to: view->source
when you in your firefox browser go to: view->page source

than on the new window you see the source code of the page. next click on edit->find

put the search term no follow
and if you find it, it`s a no follow blog (most of the blogs are usually no follow....)

    couple of questions...

if most blogs have 'no follow' why do people keep posting and putting their links?

second....I used Yahho site explorer to track the backlinks of one of our competitors, and they have loads of backlinks showing from these blogs, even though thay are .no follow'?
    How is this?

you can visit the source code of the blog, and find the word nofollow by find window. then you will come to know whether is it dofollow or nofollow.

I've been using it and has worked wonderfully great for me.
    Instructions :
Install it (Automatically by the browser)
    Restart firefox
you'll see a (q) sign at either the top left or bottom right corner of your browser.
Right click on it and select 'Highlight Nofollow Links'
All links that are nofollow will be highlighted in red.
