    SEO quake will do it for you. By the way all link checking services use search engine to check back links. They don't have the ability to check links on their own. Google is the worst way of checking links because they show only a fraction of actual links to your website.

    No search engine Google or Yahoo will show ALL backlinks. Yahoo just shows far more than Google but not all.

    Get a copy of SEO elite. Even though half it's functionality doesn't seem to work anymore, it's really really good at analyzing backlinks.
