    You can check nofollow links in the souce code. If any link is nofollow then in the source code rel="nofollow" will be there.

    As an example:

    <a href="showthread.php?t=1894624&amp;goto=nextoldest" rel="nofollow">Previous Thread</a>

    search status add-on can also be used to check nofollow links.

    i also use searchstatus firefox add-on. it highlights the nofollow links on any webpage.

    you can use fire fox addon ""Nofollow" plugin then you will be able to check whether the site is no or real follow link.
