Use the following command on GOOGLE:
    cache:www.abc.com
    cache:abc.com

Sometimes Google have cache with www and sometimes without www.

Select your preferred domain and use a 301 redirect to the other to the preferred one. This will be beneficial for all SEs.
Login to your Google Webmaster Tools account and choose your preferred domain. This will only tell Google about your domain preference.

Finally, install Google Toolbar, when installed go to the toolbar options. Then under Tools check the PageRank check box. This will enable Toolbar functionality for checking cache, page rank and backlinks. By default this option is disabled in Google Toolbar.

If you need to record the complete statistics, you need to register in Google webmaster tools and Yahoo site explorer.
You can dig out all your previous crawls. There are some time machine tools but they never work correctly in my experience.

It is very simple to search that either the website is cached by Google or not. Just open Google.com and put your desired
website or keyword in search area.

As you see some of results and where the results shown having written in blue colors the word CACHED. So it
indicates that your website is searched and indexed by Google.
