    How can I check CPC by competitor on a certain keyword ?

    Means, I want to check what is the maximum CPC already done by competitor on keyword 'ABCD'

    Is there any way?

    Try using tools and find it that way in your Adwords account.

    Nope, no way to do that. There are some tools out there that purport to do that (Keyword Spy is probably the best), but they're all pretty inaccurate and don't even cover 10% of the long tail KWs being used
