how can i change my topic title?

I need to change my topic title.. currently it says 'high quality logos xxxxxxx... i need it to add other service names on it too as i've extended my services on it.. example web designing, banners, biz cards etc... is there anyway I can change it?

you only have so long to edit after the thread is made, if you can't edit it now, you wont be able to again
