How can I change my IP without restarting my System?

    Hello frnds.. Can anybody teell me how to change my IP while working on my notebook without restarting it. I have heared about some software for that. Can anybody provide me with link to free IP change softwares..

    you can change your ip easily..
    go to cmd.. then type ipconfig/release.. ip gets renewed
