How can I change my follower to my subscriber?

    Right now I have more than 300 followers now, how can I change them to my subscriber, any idea other than send them message one by one? Any tools that I can use in Twitter? Please advise. Thanks

    Content is extremely important, it should carry some compelling reasons to convert the visitors to subscriber.
