Do you mean you want your blogger to become a .com etc?

    Sign into your dashboard,
Click 'Settings' next to the blog you want to change,
Click the 'Publishing' option on the top menu,
    Type in a new Blog*Spot URL - if it's free it's yours.

I have been banned from running adsense adds on my blog because i have adsense in the domain. Can i use what you said, to transfer my entire blog www.howimake1000adaywithadsense.blogspot.com to another url, which doesn't have adsense in it so i can use adsense. Sorry to confuse you. Just wondering if i can do that. Thankyou

Yes. Just change the URL as described and then the entire content will be on the new URL. It was a bit silly putting AdSense on a site like that - the conflict of interest should have been obvious. Google will obviously know where your blog was previously and they might keep it banned even at the new URL.
