How can I change allow_url_fopen?

I use GoDaddy hosting, and I'm trying to install AdLogger. But it says "allow_url_fopen Enabled - Not OK" and it won't let me install it. Is there a way I can change this?

 

Normally it's done in the php.ini files but I doubt GD gives you access to it. So you'll have to do it via the htaccess file:

GoDaddy did give me access to php.ini, so I changed it. Thanks

 

The newest version of AdLogger was just released. That's no longer a requirement to use the script.
