how can i build links?

my site is in Hebrew language, how can i build links to my site from sites that are not Hebrew witout doing links exchange?

keywords in english will not help me, my site is in hebrew and the people that i want to enter my site are from israel.
i have alot of links from israeli sites, but now i want to get links (in hebrew) from english sites.

do you know directories that allow site name in hebrew?

You can submit you site to your local directories and your local search engines.Also, you can find on way links again fro your local area.

 

submitting to some paid directories in Hebrew - like nana.co.il will do the job. they are pricy but from other hand hebrew directories are positioned well and you'll get nice traffic from them. Link exchange doesn't work well in hebrew, response rate to your requests will be very low.
