the problem is that when you creat a new blog or a new website you get automotaically a beuatiful 0 as a number of visitors and you can die before the next pagerank update but wait i don't want to get 10000 visitors per day .. only 60 or 100 is enough for me... so is it possible to get that number without waiting the PR updates ? and how ?

Our site has fluctuated around the number range you mention. So, yes you can go from a 0 to 50-60 visitors. One sale per 50 visitors equal 2% conversion rate. That is not a lot of dollars unless you are selling big ticket items.
PR got nothing to do with traffic really. You can do seo to get better ranks on serps. Also there are tons of other marketing methods you can use. Have you thought of those options? Seriously everything takes time.
