Do you guys know a better way to manage and to keep track of your keyword list? I am sure that might have software out there that helps with that but I don’t know any. Every month it takes me forever to update my keyword list and my adword account. Here is the process that I do, Iam sure that I am doing too much work:

1st find new keywords on adwords report and google analytics
2nd write the new keywords on a excel spread sheet dividing them by adgroups
3rd double check if the new keywords already exist on the main excel spread sheets that I have for each adgroup
4th add the new keywords on the main excel spread sheets
5th put the quotation marks and brackets on each keyword ( I use mike-marketing tools for that)
6th add the new keywords on their belonging adgroup on my adword account

I need help, cuz I cannot continue doing this if I have multiple accounts

I too have been looking for something like this. Currently I use a spreadsheet with a lot fo cutting and pasting. Both ideas are worth checking out. I looked at the Prosper202 site and the product appeals to me.
