    Hi,

Could anybody suggests how can I believe a hosting company?

Is it possible for a hosting company to see/download my script/database from my site/account who owns the server?

I am looking for a hosting company who is widely known, reliable and gives 99.99% uptime guarantee. I would like to be a reseller.

Suppose, I am a reseller, after 1 or 2 year if I need to change my hosting company can I move to another hosting company (with my clients who may have with me at that time).

    Thanks in advance!

    regards
    Samser

Not sure what you mean by believe.

Yes. Comes in handy when a site needs to have someone troubleshoot it.
A hosting server is no different than the machine you sit in front of, except more power.

Sure. Why not? I've never heard of a hosting company keeping a reseller's account - it's not exactly reputable.

It would be damn tough to move all those sites and email addresses over to another company, with possible change in control panels, redefining your package types, etc. and I'm sure there's more. So my advice would be to NOT go with the cheapest reseller account you can find and then expect great service. As for suggestions, SeekDotNet is good for Win servers. Don't know about Linux.

Actually, I would like to change to hosting company because its very costly, but can't understand which one will be better one for me, with enough space and uptime + service.

Please suggest some best known hosting providers who are reliable but cheap.

Presently I am spending USD $21/year for 10 MB space :( whereas I can see many hosting providers like godaddy provides $3.59/mo with 5 GB Space
