    hello there
untill now i been running my qooy script based site as it is

but recently i read that a site got banned because some files were uploaded that were copyrighted
but again all uploading sites do

what should i do to prevent this ?

i thought that first i am adding a report link
then i am adding a privacy policy ( that i have no idea what to write in it )

then what else i need to add ?

    thanks in advanced

warn your user not to upload uncopyright files !
the admin are not reponsible for what illegal files uploaded by user .
    somethings like that !
but, i recommend you to contact google ads as soon as possible whenever you find trouble with your site relates to google policy :)

yes, also without a privacy policy that complies with the adsense TOS you're going to face a ban anyway!

Google doesn't care if you have files that pirated that's it for you, there's no real appeals because of the sheer amount of complaints they get. That is unless you have an account manager or are a really large site (in which case you get an account manager).
