How can I backup from Server 2003 to FTP repository?

    I have a Windows 2003 server with a lot of files on it. I want to be able to backup to my FTP repository slowly.

    Basically, I need an app that will take the folder I specify and slowly send it via FTP to another server.

    Any solutions?

    so you basically want the app to sustain or fluxuate the xfer rate?

    thanks for the reply but i got it going at 2 mbits...the server at hostgator might be throttling it since i have a 20mbit connection on this server
