Even if you upgrade I think you still have to pay the fees

You have to pay fees, that's how they make money.

I understand that I have to pay fees but is there some sort of upgrade that will lessen the fees? Anything I can do?

Or ask paypal to make your account personal so that you won't have to pay any fees.

    Hope it helps. :)

I guess Personal accounts can accept 5 Credit Card funds, while it's unlimited for Premier and Business accounts.

Is it possible to revert back to a personal account after having a Premier account for a longer period of time? I thought, if need be, one could only open a new personal account and it was not possible to change to a lower grade status...

downgrading site I think wont help instead upgrade to the maximum business account and then increase your sales rates and if you could open US paypal account that is better, cause usually people who live or have US account paypal is pay Less then international member

Use two accounts - one Personal and other Premier.

I know this probably isn't the best answer (increasing your transactions so you pay lower fees is the best route), but if you're selling stuff and collecting the money via PayPal, you can always build the fee into the cost of your item(s). I've known some people who have adopted this approach without a significant drop in sales as a result. Just an idea.

best option would be what classhelper.org suggested or create two paypal accounts, one personal and premiere/business.

Yes paypal is asking more fees.I am also facing this problem.I think if you make personal account then you don't have to pay fees.

Only normal accounts don't pay transfer fees; they still pay bank transfer fees except for those to USA
