Recently I had another buyer complain about a faulty item. This item was originally from an ali express seller. I've sold 10 and 2 had problems. I gave a refund to my buyer but I cannot get a refund from the aliexpress seller because it's been too long. The only way I can find out if the item is faulty is when someone buys it and opens the original package, which could take months. What I want to know is, how do some of you (if you are out there) deal with this situation and how do you avoid it as much a possible ?
