How can I avoid 10 new domains being labled as a link farm?

I have 10 domains that I want to launch as content sites. I intend to interlink them but I have been told by some SEO pros that this is a bad idea as I can get labled as a link farm. I was also told that to avoid this I should have the domains hosted through different companies and privatize the regitration information. Does this make any sense?

    1) This is not a link farm. A link farm are sites that contain only links and the same links as many other sites

    2) I would not do any interlinking. Split the sites into 3 groups and do a 3-way linking strategy between them and you should do fine. It is also best to have them split across as many class c IP's as you can

    Good luck...

    Awesome advice ServerUnion.

If the domains are all on the same IP though ... tread carefully.
