You can do that using your RSS of your site/blog. With the help of services like http://www.twitterlive.net/ or http://twitterfeed.com/ but they support only facebook and twitter. Not sure of other social networking sites.
"Tweet deck" is another good application for posting to multiple sites. You could also use sharelinks.co to not only make it easier to manage multiple accounts but it's also great for sharing your entire network at once.
