Go to google webmaster tool to remove your sites from google. Or you can use robot.txt to control the page not index by google

not necessary to delete those pages,
you can change them to all blank or a message you want to put on,
because Google may excuse those broken-llink pages as they are having server-down problem for several times before de-index them.

after all blank pages are indexed then you can delete them

Tip: Usually Google will automatic de-index those blank pages fast.

robot.txt is the best way to get the spiders to leave your site alone.
