PR1+ is page rank 1 or above. You can try getting traffic by writing articles and submitting them to article directories. Article marketing is a great free traffic generation method. -Stan

You do it as much as you can, so that you will get huge visitor traffic. At first, you need this very much. Just submit to as many directories as you can then you will move up the search engines. If it's banners you are after type 'banner exchange' into Google.
