    Go to your AdSense account, click on the AdSense setup tab and find the Video units bit down the page.

    This will get you showing videos on your site.

    Simple!

    I think video ads apper sometimes if you choose 'image ads'

    Its only for US publishers at this time. If you're eligible you'll see the option when you go to get new ad codes.

    Don't worry though, in my experience they don't perform well at all - you're not missing out.
