how can i add plugin in theme option area.

i already install this plugin - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-logic/

i can use this plugin in widget area, how can i use this plugin in theme option area. so i can control widgets inside theme option.

Have you read the readme.txt? it usually has the guide on how to use it..

 

plugin in working properly, but the plugin is working on widgets not portal theme option
