How can I add HTML tags onto my youtube video descriptions?

Just a quick question:

I put a link down on my youtube video description, but it's really long and not pleasing to the eye. How do I do one of those "Click here" descriptions, with the word "here" being the link?

I tried using the classic HTML tag (a href...), but it doesn't let me.
