How can I add a ticker?

I don' care if it's manually operated, I just need one on my site. How/where can I get a ticker? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Scrolling? Fading in and out? Just a newsticker?

I just want one to keep track of a number of things that I sell. I want to display this number on my homepage.

 

I will pay someone $5 if they can find me a ticker for where I can manually track the number of units of a product I have sold. I want to post this on my homepage.
