    Go to 'User CP' --> 'Edit Profile Picture'
    (That's what you meant, right?)

    click usercp and then click edit profile picture

    Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

    Also go Edit Avatar, if you wish to add an avatar, which is the picture next to your user name every time you post, like mine is Submit edge.
