How can i active HTML in this forum?

    Hi i'm new in this forum. As a beginner my HTML is off now. How can turn on HTML in this forum as quickly as possible?

    You must overlooked the bottom part saying about your question:
    DP-html disabled.png

    And HTML is basically turned off in most of forum.
