How can I acquire an E1 line to start call termination business

    Hello
    I am interested in starting a voip termination business. I dont want to purchase from a provider daily minutes, I want to be able to set up my own call termination using an E1 but how to get it and use it to terminate calls? do I need to pay per usage or what? what are the pros and cons?

    Any one with experience in same business?

    need to setup your own dedicated server with any soft-switch then you can buy routes and sell
    min $500 is required in this
