    I'm trying to learn how to make a site like enjin.com

    basically if you dont know how it works, you can make a forum specifically for your clan/guild. and of course, it's only viewable, and able to post on said clan by the people who are in the clan.

    would any cms work? if not, any other kind of frameworks out there that can do the job?

    Wordpress can do the job easily.
