    I think you should find some partner here who will exchange Paypal to Moneybookers with you (You can also exchange paypal to egold but be carefull as it is not allowed) :)

    I've been using Plimus.com for my shareware sale and am impressed with their service. They do accept major credit cards, checks, paypal and wire transfers and their rates are quite competitive in the industry.

    I've written to them about your situation and it appears that you might be able to use them. This is the reply I got from their sales

    You may want to check them out and if you have any questions, you could write to them for clarification and confirmation.

    I am pretty sure that if they withhold a portion of the fees, they will inevitably reverse that back to you in due time.

    Their fees are http://www.plimus.com/fee_schedule_solutions.html and they will pay on the 15th of the next month either via wire transfer, check, paypal or their new Debit Mastercard.
