Keywords are generally those words that people search for when looking for something, they should therefore be descriptive of the video and not be too obscure. A video showing a cat doing funny things would have keywords like, cat, funny, hillarious cat etc. Hope this helps x
Hi, You can use a tool like GeoRanker to analyse videos and sites that have been highly ranked in keywords related to videos in your area and then go to those sites and see the strategies they are applying .High ranking in Video related keywords will guarantee you more video likes. It's not hard to get a Youtube video to rank on the first page provided you follow some simple rules.. 1 make sure the keyword you are targeting is not high competition (use something like market samurai to check) or if you can't afford to buy that ask somebody to check for you. 2. Save your video file as the same name as your keyword 3. Use your keyword in the title on youtube. 4. Use your keyword in the description and write a good description say 300 to 500 words, use your keyword at the start, in the middle and at the end. 5. Build a few backlinks to your video. TIP - If you can find a keyword related to your niche that DOES NOT have a video on page 1 2 or 3 you can rank page one very quickly. I have got video's on page one within 15 minutes and they get a lot of views.
